Offer and Scope

• These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries of goods ordered via the online shop of Redford Custom-made (hereinafter referred to as Redford) under www.redford.ch.
• All deliveries and services provided by Redford are made exclusively on the basis of the T&Cs in force at the time of the order.

Order Confirmation

• The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding application, but only represents a non-binding online catalogue. If you merely add products to the shopping cart, this is not considered a binding order. You can only submit this by clicking on the ‘Submit order’ button on the order page. We will then immediately send you a contract confirmation by e-mail, upon receipt of which the contract is concluded.
• By confirming the T&Cs (checkbox at the end of the order process), you agree to accept the T&Cs and the prices shown.
• For telephone orders, you will receive a written confirmation email upon acceptance by Redford. The purchase contract is concluded when the confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Subscriptions

• Redford Custom-made creates the invoice based on their subscription choice. Redford Custom-made shows on the annual statement which services of the subscription package have already been obtained and which can still be obtained. This gives the customer an overview of the benefits to which he is still entitled until the beginning of the last 12 months of the subscription period.
• The invoice amount must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
• Duration: The duration of the subscription is limited in accordance with the choice of subscriptions offered. 36 months for the All-for-Two subscription and 42 months for the All-for-Three subscription (final instalment in the 4th half of the year). After the subscription period expires, the subscription will not be automatically renewed.
• Notice: If Customer terminates during the current Subscription Term (“premature”) or Redford Custom-made terminates a Service prematurely due to late payment, Customer shall owe Redford Custom-made the remaining Term Fees until the end of the Subscription Term. The remaining undiscounted standard subscription fee is decisive for the calculation of the remaining undiscounted standard subscription fee. Deviating regulations are reserved.
• Receipt of services during the subscription period
  As part of the All-for-Two and All-for-Three subscriptions, the customer can order one pair of shoes per year and put one pair of shoes into service. If all services are used before the beginning of the last subscription year, the customer will receive the final invoice for the fulfilled subscription with the delivery of the last product or service.
  
• If Customer does not receive all of the Services contained therein during the Subscription Term, Redford Custom-made will provide a grace period of three months after the end of the Term for placing the order. Thereafter, Redford Custom-made will no longer provide services under the expired subscription.

Prices

• VAT is included in the prices quoted in the online shop.
• The product prices stated at the time of ordering are binding.
• Shipping costs are shown separately depending on the product or product group.
• The minimum order quantity in the online shop is CHF 50.

Venue

• Swiss law shall apply exclusively to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
