Shipping costs

• All shipments within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are charged at a flat rate of CHF 6.00.
• All shipments to Germany or Austria will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 10.00 and converted into euros according to the daily exchange rate. Customs fees may apply.
• For purchases of goods over CHF 550.00, we will cover the shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
• The shipping costs will be communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

• Customs duties may apply to deliveries abroad.
• In the event of a return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the costs of a new shipment. For more detailed information on the process, please refer to the following article Returns.

Payment methods and payment terms

• Payment can be made with the usual credit cards from VISA and Mastercard or via PostFinance.
• Payment by invoice is only possible for corporate customers with an order value of CHF 1000 or more.
• The payment deadline for payment by invoice/payment slip is 10 days net.
• If the customer has not paid the invoice in full by the due date or has objected to it in writing and with good cause, he will be in default without further ado and Redford Custom-made may interrupt the performance of the service in individual cases.
• The Customer shall bear the costs incurred by Redford Custom-made as a result of a delay in payment. A reminder fee of CHF 10 per reminder will be charged 30 days after the expiry of the payment deadline. Redford Custom-made can call in third parties for debt collection at any time.

Credits, vouchers, discounts

• Redford vouchers addressed by e-mail or post are always personal, but can still be transferred from the addressee to third parties. Redford vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts and will not be paid out in cash.
• The discounts granted by Redford Custom-made are always one-time, non-cumulative and transferable.

Delivery time and conditions

• Orders are delivered by Swiss Post using PostPac Economy/Priority.
• For our products, the maximum delivery time is:
  – for handmade shoes and briefcases a maximum of 60 days
  – for shoe care chests and boxes a maximum of 20 days
  – for all other accessories a maximum of 10 days
• Redford is not responsible for possible delays caused by force majeure or inability of its suppliers.
• Redford only delivers to addresses in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria.
