Defects and Return Policy

  • We grant you a right of return on the standard products purchased from us. Please return the goods to us in mint condition within 14 days of receipt with the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is at your expense. Please note that we can only accept returns for items in mint condition. Therefore, we recommend that you try on the shoes on a soft surface, e.g. a carpet. It is not mandatory for exercising the right of return, but it will simplify the process immensely if you make sure not to remove any inscriptions or labels from the item and packaging and/or to stain the product or packaging. There is no right of return on products manufactured individually – according to the customer’s dimensions and specifications.
  • After receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to you immediately. We reserve the right to deduct the purchase price to be refunded for possible damage or excessive wear and tear of the goods. Redford Custom-made may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
  • It should be noted that handmade shoes are primarily made of leather or natural materials, which can vary in structures and colors depending on the manufacturer. Redford is not responsible for any insignificant deviations between the leather or colour offered by the respective manufacturer and the specific end product. The leather and colour designation chosen by the manufacturer and Redford is decisive.

Return policy for services

  • You have a 14-day return policy for standard products.
  • Please send us your return within 14 days of completing the order (timely dispatch is decisive). We will refund any payments already made within 14 days of receipt of the return letter.
  • The right of return expires prematurely once the service has begun.

Returns

  • The postage for the return is at your own expense.
  • In the event of a return due to defects or incorrect products, Redford will pay the postage for the return in the form of a credit note.
  • In the event of an exchange, replacement order or forwarding, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
  • A return shipment must be sent to: Redford Custom-made, Inhaber Frank Flügel, Im Tobelacker 25, 8044 Gockhausen/Zurich.

Ownership

  • The products ordered and delivered remain the property of Redford Custom-made until full payment has been made.
