• All communication and storage of customer data is subject to the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.
• At Redford Custom-made, customer data is securely protected by state-of-the-art protection mechanisms and encryption and is not passed on.
• Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order for goods or when opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. We will use the data provided by you without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of your order. Once the contract has been completed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data. When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for your own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• This does not apply to Redford’s trading partners, e.g. Swiss Post, PostFinance, logistics companies and credit card companies in the context of order processing.
• According to the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to free information about your stored data (Art. 8 FADP), as well as a right to rectification (Art. 5, para. 2 FADP).
