Taking measurements
1. Make an appointment
Simply select an appointment on the website of our partner 3DFit under the following link: https://www.3dfit.ch/terminvereinbarung/
On request, we will also be happy to come to your company or to your home (from three interested parties).
2. Scan your feet and get advice
We measure your feet digitally – with the latest 3D scanning technology – through our partner 3DFit in Lucerne.
Based on our 3D measurement, we create an individual last for shoe production according to your measurements.
No made-to-measure shoe without a made-to-measure insole – that is our maxim. That’s why you can also get an individual 3D printed insole for your Redford shoes from 3DFit on request.
In this way, we provide you with maximum comfort and a walking experience that will make you feel safe: ‘These are my shoes now!’
3. Choose a model and try on shoes
After you have decided on a Redford shoe model, the leather and the type of sole, we give our manufactory the order to make the shoes for you.
4. Get your shoes and enjoy a confident appearance
After about 8 weeks, your handmade made-to-measure shoes will be ready for you to try on. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the shoe, so we recommend trying it on in Lucerne after the first order.
When the first pair of shoes fits perfectly and your feet have been measured, you can easily order further models via our online shop, which we will then send you by post.
