Tradition
The roots of our shoemaking tradition go back to the 18th century, when the Haupt and Stein families ran their businesses in Berlin and Potsdam as court shoemakers and suppliers. As owners of Redford Custom-made, the Flügel family in Zurich and Berlin continues the tradition of the Haupt and Stein families in the fourth generation. Therefore, close cooperation with manufactories and traditional shoemakers such as Barker and Meisterschuh is very important to us in a fast-paced time.
Focus
We focus exclusively on handmade shoes with the appropriate accessories and high-quality care products. Every customer is unique to us and is advised individually on the basis of our foot measurement. In cooperation with manufacturers and manufacturers, we concentrate on specialists and niche suppliers in Europe with whom we can optimally implement our business model.
Innovative
With innovation, we want to make our customers’ shoe purchases as pleasant and efficient as possible. New customers receive their own account to access suitable shoe models – selected by Redford Custom-made – based on their individual foot measurements and preferences.
